The next generation leading Africa’s Investment Ecosystem
A&A Collective is a global community founded by and for emerging talent working towards the growth of the African tech and investment ecosystem.
The goal of The Collective is to provide a space for young professionals in the investment space to connect, collaborate and learn from each other through the private platform, as well as through virtual and in-person networking and education-related events across member locations.
The community consists of over 400 members spanning 30 countries currently represented by over 200 African-focused global firms and funds. Membership is open to anyone working below the partner level in an investment and support firm with a focus on Africa.
Easy 3-step application process
1. Application: Prospective members apply through the “Apply to Join” button on aacollective.co
2. Assessment: The Community Manager evaluates applications within 3-5 business days (after application is received)
3. Payment: Accepted members make payment ($50/year) and gain access to the community and all its perks.

Professional Background: Demonstrated experience in the investment space, particularly focused on Africa. People working in VC, PE, IB, DFIs etc
Commitment: Clear dedication to contributing to the growth of the African tech and investment ecosystem.
Position Level: The A&A Collective exists to further the development of junior talent. However, we welcome more senior members so long as they support our mission and acknowledge their role as mentors in the group
