OUR HISTORY

COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

The A&A Collective was born out of a shared realization that Africa's investment landscape lacked a dedicated network for emerging talent. Recognizing the foundational role that a strong network plays in building an investment portfolio, we sought to create a community anchored around three principles - educate, connect and inspire.

What began as a small WhatsApp community in 2021 has transformed into the leading network for emerging investment talent on the continent.

Since our founding, the Collective has expanded its impact by providing access to educational opportunities, curating focus groups, offering leads on industry publications, and supporting job access. Through collaboration and shared knowledge, we have built a platform that continues to be the go-to network for individuals pursuing careers in investment, driving both personal growth and collective success within the African investment ecosystem.
